Since 1997, Claudia has been a cornerstone of our Cooper City office, dedicated to help see the well-being of our valued customers and their families. Originally from Peru, Claudia brings a global perspective to her role, complemented by her commitment to excellence and personalized service. Beyond her professional endeavors, Claudia finds fulfillment in her role as a mother of three daughters, cherishing family time and nurturing her love for travel, cooking, and supporting her daughters' sporting endeavors.   Holly is a native New Yorker transplanted here 9 years ago. She has been in the insurance industry for 40 years beginning with health insurance and transferred to property and casualty 21 years ago. She loves to ride her bike to the beach, listen to music, spend time with her granddaughter and grandson on the way and of course Paisley(her dog). She also likes to make beaded bracelets, go to the movies, dinner, be with family and friends. She is passionate about helping people understand what the are purchasing and being happy with it and us!

Things I love: Spending time with family & friends, the gym, music, baking, fishing and home decor.

She also has a very active life style with her beautiful Stafford Shire Bull Terrier, they both enjoy speed walking, the outdoors (love the beach, boating), and spending time with her family, especially with her five beautiful niece's and nephew's.

  Alex joined the Faina team in January of 2008. Alex specializes in Customer Care, Commercial, Auto, Boat, Motorcycle, Scooters, RV’s, and Renters Insurance. Alex was born in Costa Rica and moved to Broward 16 years ago. Alex is the proud mom of two beautiful girls! Alex is an active member in school programs geared to help special needs children and breast cancer awareness.

  Sergio has represented Allstate since 1990 and joined the Faina team in 2021. He specializes in auto insurance. Sergio is a native of South Florida and is fluent in Spanish. In his spare time he is involved with weekend retreats at St.Bonaventure Catholic Church. He is happily married and has one daughter.

  Nyiessa joined the Faina Agency August of 2021. She was born in Queens, NY but has lived in South Florida most of her life. She enjoys helping others and is mom to a beautiful little girl. In her spare time she likes to travel, and spend quality time with her family.

  Ryan was born in New Brunswick, NJ and grew up in beautiful Rohnert Park, California. After having a glorious educational experience at Santa Barbara City College, Ryan took the opportunity working for a Boxing streaming service, primarily West Coast based, and relocated to New York City. Keeping production as his passion an unforeseen opportunity opened at a local watering hole. Given the guidance and tutelage of pioneers in the hospitality industry within years the ownership group had expanded to 3 more Manhattan locations. After meeting his now wife, Ryan decided to put roots down in Broward County and start a family. Having a passion for helping others insurance has been a natural fit for Ryan. When he’s not helping others protect what they’ve worked hard to achieve, Ryan is watching Florida Gators football, spending time with family at Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, and enjoying the beauty of the Florida Keys.

  Maricris has been working in customer service space since her late teens but delved into the insurance industry around 2020. A self-proclaimed people person and a great problem solver, Mari definitely puts her degree in psychology to good use. She's a proud first generation Filipino American, is fluent in their language of Tagalog, and enjoys sharing her culture (especially the food!) with others. She loves spending time with her family and boyfriend, often going out to try new restaurants around South Florida. When Mari isn't doing something culinarily related, she can often be found engrossed in a book, belting a tune at karaoke, or thrifting.
